1963年奈良県生まれ。東京農工大学農学部卒。現在石油会社研究所に勤務。農学博士。『TVチャンピオン第1回全国折紙王選手権』優勝。1989年仲間と共に｢折紙探偵団｣を結成。会は｢日本折紙学会｣と改称し、現在日本折紙学会評議員の代表を務める。

Seiji NISHIKAWA, Doctor of Agriculture, was born in Nara, Japan, in 1963. He established the Origami Tanteidan with his friends in 1989. Origami Tanteidanwas reorganized to JOAS. He is the representative of the board of directors of JOAS.
